You are good at what you do. Your customers know it. But someone who has never met you looks you up first, finds a site that is slow, dated, or missing, and quietly decides you are smaller and less serious than you are.

You never hear about that decision. It shows up as work that went somewhere else.

A straightforward path to launch.

Tell us what you need

Your web address if you have one, and what you want. No technical detail needed. If you are not sure what you need, say so and we will tell you what we would recommend. If you would prefer to talk rather than write, say so and we will arrange a call.

We confirm the plan

You get a written plan and the fixed price in writing before anything starts. If it is not right, say so and we change it.

We build and launch

Design, copy, build, testing and go-live. You approve the design before we build it, and the finished site before it goes live.

How payment works

You approve every stage.

You have never worked with us, and we know what it is like to hand money to a company you have never heard of. So the work is split into three stages, and you approve each one before paying for the next.

30% to start.

We begin once the plan and the fixed price are agreed in writing.

40% when you approve the design.

You see the full design before we build a single page. If it is not right, we change it.

30% on launch.

You see the finished site before it goes live, and pay the balance only when you are happy with it.

If it is wrong, we fix it free.

For 30 days after launch, anything broken or not as agreed is fixed at no cost.

You keep everything.

The domain and the accounts are in your name from the start, and the site is yours the moment it launches. If you ever leave, you take it all with you and there is nothing to untangle.

Two rounds of revisions are included. Changes beyond the original agreement are quoted before any work is done — never after. The 30 days covers our work, not changes you make yourself or problems caused by your hosting.
